Job Responsibilities and Duties

Order Processing Duties:

Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Communicate with customers regarding order information, prices, shipping dates, delays, and issues.

Communicate and coordinate with our production team for order fulfillment to complete orders.

Workorder creation, Invoicing & Follow-ups Management including some customer specific requirements.

Additional administrative support as needed.

Shipment Duties:

Shipment Documents Management including verifying shipping documents such as BOLs.

As needed, arrange trucks for pickup & deliveries; get quotations from our designated brokers.

Physical Requirements

Able to sit for extended periods of time

Ability to type and use the computer for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions

Noise Level: Normal in office, may be loud in warehouse

Indoors and Outdoor – walking between buildings, offices and warehouse.

Other Requirements

Basic level English required– read/write/speak/listen

Basic level Japanese preferred– read/write/speak/listen

Maintains a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as a team

Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload

High school diploma or equivalent required
