As a sales representative you will field online chats, phone calls and emails from prospective and returning clients. Success in this position means the ability to educate customers as to what products will work best for their application and to help them effectively explore each option. Job Description
Assist customers in showroom Answer phones and communicate with customers via email, phone and chat Enter sales and orders using a computer Create floor plan and unique layout designs as needed Track incoming and outgoing shipments Help to maintain our showroom (clean, make price tags, adjust layout, etc.) Perform other administrative tasks, such as scheduling deliveries and entering invoices Requirements
Comfortable using computers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and master new product information Ability to read price lists and do basic math calculations using a calculator Bonus Requirements
Sales and/or customer service experience Experience using Quickbooks Online Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Design Experience Hours and Pay
This is a full time position (40 hours per week/5 days per week). Potential hours include: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Starting Hourly Pay will be $24.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience with opportunity to advance to commission pay structure after training. Sales staff within our company earn between $55,000 to $150,000+ per year. Benefits
