What you'll do:
Prospect neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in storm-affected areas
Inspect for storm damage and help file insurance claims
Schedule adjuster meetings and walk homeowners through the process
Present contract options, upgrades, and finalize project details
Attend roof builds and manage customer communication
Work with internal claims and production teams to settle projects
Collect payments and ensure a positive customer experience
Submit referrals, overpayments, and support financing when needed

Excellent communicator – You build trust and connect easily with people
Self-motivated & goal-driven – You take control of your future
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking rooftops
