Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assess damage on single-family roofs Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners\' expectations and enhance their experience during the insurance and construction process Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success Attend weekly sales meetings Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000 a year You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 12% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 6 weeks of onboarding pay $3,000 + commission, bonus opportunities. What You Need
Drive to control your own income Goal-driven and self-motivated 2 year sales experience, D2D, retail, or customer service Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops Seniority level
