Sales BDC Representative – East Coast Toyota
East Coast Toyota, a family‑owned dealership, is looking for an energetic BDC Representative to generate appointments, nurture prospects and support a high‑performance sales team.

Responsibilities
Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers.
Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
Connect new customers with the appropriate sales team member.
Work with customers in a professional, well‑spoken manner.
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
Proactively build out the prospecting network.
Log all activity in a CRM.
Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter.
Qualifications
Aggressive, energetic personality.
Able to work nights and Saturdays.
Fluent in Spanish—huge plus.
Ready to hit the ground running.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
