Overview
URGE FITNESS is seeking motivated, competitive, results‑driven individuals to join as Membership Sales Consultant. This high‑pressure commission‑driven role is ideal for individuals who thrive in outbound/inbound phone and in‑person sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new memberships through outbound and inbound phone calls, scheduled appointments, facility tours, and in‑person presentations.
Consistently close sales, meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Perform daily phone outreach to new, existing, and past leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain strong appointment show rates and log all activity in URGE FITNESS CRM.
Follow up through calls, texts, and emails; overcome objections and sell memberships, services, and programs.
Represent URGE FITNESS with confidence, professionalism, and adherence to established sales processes.
Performance Expectations
Operate in a quota‑driven environment; earnings are solely dependent on individual sales performance.
No guaranteed income level; performance directly ties to earnings.
Accept coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve results.
Understand that inconsistent performance may lead to low earnings or separation from the role.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, phone sales, or commission‑based roles).
Strong phone presence and ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
Competitive, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
Ability to handle rejection and remain focused.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM and scheduling software.
Physical capability to move throughout the facility, stand, walk, and engage prospects for extended periods.
Scheduling & Availability Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends; sales schedules may vary based on business needs and lead flow.
Compensation Base pay range: $15.92/hr – $20.00/hr. Commission‑driven earnings based on individual sales performance.
