Do you love make sales calls and have an excellent work enviroment?

We are seeking people like you! We’re looking for a Junior Sales Associate to guide our potential customers to get the help they need to improve their health. This is an uncapped, commission-based sales role responsible for ethically signing up leads into our membership programs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people make life-changing decisions, can handle objections with empathy and confidence, and enjoys working toward performance goals in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The activities of our Sales Associate role include but aren’t limited to:

Speak with warm leads over the phone, text messages, and email to understand their needs and recommend the program that best fits them.

Confidently explain our products, tiers, and upgrade options to potential clients.

Handle common objections and guide people toward making empowered decisions about their health.

Manage follow-ups, pipeline updates, and conversion tracking in the CRM.

Maintain a strong conviction of our mission, services, and success stories to build trust with potential clients.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications for the Sales Associate Role:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in phone or inside sales.

Comfortable making phone calls and talking with people daily.

Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Confident, empathetic, and resilient when handling objections.

Organized, coachable, and accountable for results.

Passionate about health, fitness, and helping people live pain-free lives.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be

based in or willing to relocate to El Paso, TX

(this is not a remote role)

Experience in the health, fitness, or medical industries is a plus
