Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries via phone, email, or text
Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
Conduct virtual or in‑person vehicle presentations, explaining features, benefits, and warranty options
Guide customers through the entire sales process, including applications and financing steps
Follow up with leads, existing customers, and recent buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, vehicle specs, features, and industry trends
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, database mining, and digital outreach
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Inspect and help merchandise online inventory to ensure accurate listings and attractive presentation
Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Uphold all dealership and safety policies
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills — in person, by phone, and online
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to overcome objections with professionalism and empathy
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently
Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
Ability to pass pre‑employment background, MVR, and drug screening
