Full-Time Retail Sales Associate $13.00 to $16.00 per hour We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.97 per hour on top of your hourly rate. Perks and Benefits

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the store staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides of the business. The role greets, engages, and assists customers in processing sales, loans, and other transactions, and resolves customer inquiries. The position offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity. Actual pay will depend on location, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities of a Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate

Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and offer appropriate financial solutions. Perform open/close procedures as needed. Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed. Process sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulatory requirements. Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and regulations. Answer incoming calls per company standards. Explain the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers. Collaborate with staff to create a positive customer experience. Complete required training. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods as required by law. Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified. May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products stored in exterior storage. Minimum Age: 18 years old High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Strong desire to serve customers and work with people; team-oriented. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently. Cash handling experience is preferred. Should be able to work in multiple locations as needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
