Overall Job Summary: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
Perform cycle counts and complete Tractor Way top cap process.
Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
Conduct recovery and review planogram integrity.
Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
Ensure a unique shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
Travel in personal vehicle required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, and operate store equipment.
Must have the stamina to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
