Tractor Supply Company The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements. Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process. Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Qualifications: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and self-direction. Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise, traveling between store locations, often in personal vehicle. Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
