Overall Job Summary The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain regular attendance and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts. Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value. Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors. Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage during special events. Minimum Qualifications Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. Preferred Skills and Abilities Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to work independently. Physical ability to lift, move, and work in various store environments. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise. Travel required between store locations using personal vehicle. Ability to operate store equipment and handle merchandise safely. Physical Requirements Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment. Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
