The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements. Complete cycle counts, signage hanging, and assemble merchandise and fixtures. Deliver Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending solutions, and adding value. Provide coverage during peak times and perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Self-directed with minimal supervision, interpersonal skills, and ethical conflict resolution abilities. Working Conditions
Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces. Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours. Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment. Physical Requirements
Ability to travel and lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds. Stand, kneel, climb, reach overhead, and operate store equipment. Must have the stamina to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely. Disclaimer
