The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts, including nights and overtime. Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements. Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process. Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value, and Appreciate. Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors. Provide coverage during peak times and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Preferred Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution. Self-directed with minimal assistance required. Working Conditions
Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise. Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours. Travel between store locations using personal vehicle. Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment. Physical Requirements
Travel as needed. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders. Operate store equipment and communicate effectively. Handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Disclaimer
