The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements. Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process. Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers. Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Self-directed with minimal supervision. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise. Varying shifts, often 4+ hours, including travel between stores in personal vehicle. Adherence to safety guidelines and a safe work environment. Physical Requirements Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate store equipment. Frequent standing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders. Ability to handle merchandise and operate equipment safely. Disclaimer This overview is not exhaustive.
