The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts. Hang signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Ensure planogram integrity and deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles. Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and self-directed work ethic. Working Conditions: Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor work may be required. Travel between store locations using personal vehicle. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
