Overall Job Summary The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
Perform store measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging.
Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
Ensure planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer.
Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
Provide coverage during peak times as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
Preferred knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Self-directed with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
Travel between store locations using personal vehicle required.
Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel as needed.
Lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and operate store equipment.
Operate a vehicle and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
