Base Pay Range $40,000.00/yr – $50,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Types Commission
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build your own book of business from the ground up by developing relationships with clients across the country.
Act as the single point of contact for your customers — managing shipments, solving problems, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to maximize profit and deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with a high-energy sales team to meet and exceed goals.
Learn the logistics industry through hands‑on experience and comprehensive training.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
