Earl May Garden Center is looking for sales associates for our location in Grand Island, Nebraska.
Part‑time employment may lead to a full‑time opportunity.
The Ideal Candidate Will
have high energy and a positive attitude
have excellent interpersonal skills
be a self‑starter
have a strong work ethic
have strong decision‑making and leadership skills
be sales‑driven
have previous experience working in a retail or service environment
be able to lift 50 pounds
be able to work variable hours/shifts
have a valid driver’s license
weekday availability preferred, but not required
Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full‑time positions.
