have high energy and a positive attitude have excellent interpersonal skills be a self-starter have a strong work ethic have strong decision-making and leadership skills be sales-driven have previous experience working in a retail or service environment be able to lift 50 pounds be able to work variable hours/shifts have a valid driver's license Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train if needed. Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full-time positions. Full-time positions include competitive pay and benefits package.
