Earl May Garden Center is looking for sales associates for our location in Shenandoah, Iowa.

Be a self-starter
Have a strong work ethic
Have strong decision‑making and leadership skills
Be sales‑driven
Have previous experience working in a retail or service environment
Be able to lift 50 pounds
Be able to work variable hours/shifts
Have a valid driver's license
Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full‑time positions.
Full‑time positions include competitive pay and benefits package.
