Earl May Garden Center is looking for a part-time sales associate for our location in Ankeny, Iowa. Part-time employment may lead to a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will: have high energy and a positive attitude have excellent interpersonal skills be a self-starter have a strong work ethic have strong decision-making and leadership skills be sales-driven have previous experience working in a retail or service environment be able to lift 50 pounds be able to work variable hours/shifts have a valid driver’s license Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full time positions.
