The ideal candidate will possess a motivated and hungry personality, ready to help grow their expanding client base. The SDR will have a fearless approach to identifying opportunities, while remaining coachable with solid organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities and Metrics
Prospect new channel partners and vendors.
Work strategically with current vendors to identify new growth opportunities.
Make 25-50 outbound calls/touches per day (~200 calls per week), focusing on quality over quantity.
Set 10 quality meetings per month.
Use and embrace Salesforce (CRM), Google Calendar, Zoom, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools.
Minimal travel required — less than 10%.
Required Skills and Background
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work from home with minimal supervision.
