all-in-one recruiting platform
that combines
ATS, CRM, and project management tools
to help recruiters, staffing agencies, and hiring teams manage the entire recruiting process effortlessly. What You'll Do:
Identify and reach out to potential customers (recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams) through calls, email follow ups and LinkedIn Qualify leads, engaging prospects with compelling messaging Set up product demos and manage the sales lifecycle with each potential customer Collaborate with Co founders to refine outreach strategies Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach and engagement What We’re Looking For:
1-2+ years of experience in a hunter type sales or business development role in a SaaS organization A resume that highlights your wins, accomplishments, revenue generated or any metric(s) that showcases your success while being in a sales role to bring in new business Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging personality Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Past experience in the recruiting, payroll and/or the HR tech industry is a big plus!
