Sales Associate
who’s excited to grow with us right here on the beautiful Hilton Head Island.
What You’ll Do As a
Sales Associate
at StretchLab Hilton Head Island, you’ll set the tone for the entire client experience. You’ll be the first friendly face people meet and the reason they keep coming back.
Make
50+ outbound calls
daily to connect with leads, past clients, and book intro stretches
Lead
energized studio tours
and create excitement for first‑time guests
Close sales
by demonstrating the life‑changing value of StretchLab memberships and packages
Address objections with
confidence, empathy, and professionalism
Upsell
retail products and upgrades
to enhance client results and satisfaction
Client Experience & Studio Operations
Deliver a
five‑star guest experience
for every client who walks through the door
Juggle multiple tasks
checking in guests, answering phones, scheduling sessions , and supporting daily studio operations
Troubleshoot minor challenges and
support your teammates
whenever needed
Maintain a
clean, inviting, and organized front desk and lobby
Utilize
ClubReady (or similar CRM)
to track leads, manage follow‑ups, and fill your sales pipeline
Community & Marketing Support
Contribute to
local marketing initiatives
and assist with studio social media efforts
Be a
brand ambassador
for StretchLab Hilton Head Island, building relationships within the local community
Who You Are
You have
sales experience
in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service industries (gyms, spas, salons, boutique fitness, etc.)
You’re confident making outbound calls,
handling objections , and closing memberships
You’re highly
organized, self‑motivated , and love reaching goals
You naturally build
trust and connection
with clients, even if they’re brand‑new to assisted stretching
You’re a
problem‑solver
who loves taking initiative
You have availability for
2025 hours per week , including at least one weekend day
You live locally or have a
reliable commute
to StretchLab Hilton Head Island
You’re excited to
earn commission
and bonuses through performance
