high-energy, people-first Sales Associate
to help us grow our community and change lives every day. Your Role: Be the Heartbeat of the Studio
As a
Sales Associate , you’re the first person guests meet—and the reason they’ll come back. You’ll turn curiosity into commitment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and help fuel our studios growth. Make 50+ outbound calls per day
to follow up with leads, reconnect with past clients, and book intro stretch appointments Lead studio tours and intro sessions
with confidence and enthusiasm Sell memberships and packages
by focusing on the value of improved mobility and wellness Overcome objections
with empathy and professionalism Promote retail products and upgraded services
that enhance client results Client Experience & Studio Flow
Create a warm, welcoming environment
for every guest, from first-timers to regulars Juggle multiple responsibilities —check-ins, phones, scheduling, and supporting the team Jump in to help where needed , from solving tech issues to keeping the studio stocked and running smoothly Keep the front desk and lobby client-ready
at all times Leverage tools like ClubReady (or similar CRM)
to track leads and manage follow-ups Community Engagement & Marketing Support
Support social media efforts , in-studio promotions, and local outreach Represent StretchLab at events
and in the local Kennewick community with enthusiasm and professionalism Who You Are
You have
sales experience
in fitness, wellness, or service-based environments (studio, gym, spa, salon, etc.) Youre
confident on the phone
and skilled in overcoming objections Youre
organized, driven , and comfortable using CRM systems or scheduling tools Youre a
natural relationship-builder
who makes others feel comfortable and heard Youre
solution-oriented , proactive, and love having ownership over your results Youre available for
2025 hours per week , including
at least one weekend day You
live locally or have reliable transportation
to our Kennewick studio Youre motivated by
