What You\'ll Do at StretchLab Fort Wright
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with new leads and re-engage past prospects from our growing local interest list Deliver high-energy studio tours and intro sessions that showcase our Fort Wright studios unique vibe and benefits Close membership and stretch package sales with confidence, focusing on lasting client outcomes, not just pricing Handle objections with knowledge and empathy, positioning StretchLab as a must-have wellness routine Upsell recovery tools, merch, and service upgrades tailored to clients performance and lifestyle goals Client Experience & Studio Operations
Greet every guest with a warm welcome and provide a personalized, professional experience Manage check-ins, calls, scheduling, and service recovery like a pro Work hand-in-hand with our Flexologists and Studio Manager to ensure smooth daily flow Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and always ready to impress Use ClubReady (or similar CRM tools) to manage leads, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline Local Marketing & Community Outreach
Represent StretchLab Fort Wright at local wellness events, fitness fairs, and community happenings Help drive our social media presence and studio marketing campaigns Be a familiar face around Fort Wrightturning every community interaction into a potential member moment Who You Are
You have experience in fitness or wellness sales (think gym, studio, spa, personal training, medspa, chiropractic, etc.) You're confident making outbound calls and enjoy converting leads into loyal members You're a natural closer who truly believes in what you're selling You communicate with authenticity, empathy, and professionalism You're organized, tech-savvy, and laser-focused on results You thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy team setting You're available 2025 hours a week and can work at least one weekend day What You\'ll Get
