THE ROLE
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, seasonal, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
Develop and maintain a sophisticated client network by leveraging clienteling tools and building long-term relationships through meaningful, personalized communication and service
Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Thom Browne collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship to provide clients with tailored recommendations across all product categories
Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the client experience through styling, cross-selling, and storytelling, staying attuned to emerging client needs
Communicate valuable insights on client preferences, product performance, and market trends to drive sales
Ensure operational excellence by managing product flow, maintaining internal control standards, and supporting seamless service delivery to drive sales performance
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury retail or a high-touch client service environment
Ability to source prospective clients through authentic outreach and strategic engagement
Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management, product knowledge, selling techniques, and effective communication
Highly organized and self‑motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Confident, polished, and entrepreneurial; capable of excelling both independently and as part of a dynamic team

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
Competitive compensation. Hourly range is between $22.00 – 24.00 per hour + commission. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
