Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Able to learn computer functions Ability to multi-task Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Paragould, AR. Our office is open 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
