Position Overview

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. NOTE: Potential to make $20,000 plus in commissions in addition to salary.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Greer, SC. Our office is open 9:00 to 5:00. I have been a State Farm agent since 1991. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Presbyterian College. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. We have 52 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
