Bilingual Retail Representative – Forest Park, GA
Overview of the Role
The Retail Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. This position has a start date 4/22/2026.
Key Details
Part‑time role servicing retailers in Mesa, AZ and surrounding areas.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 3 days a week (24 hours a week).
Location: Forest Park, GA (within a 25‑mile radius).
Compensation: $18 per hour.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
Responsibility for selling, merchandising, and maintaining distribution across accounts.
Ensure products are well stocked and reorder when necessary.
Consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
Switch between stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
Ability to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.
Work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.
Daily communication stipend: $2.50 per day.
PTO, sick days.

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune – DirecToHispanic
Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering product, stocking shelves from new orders, etc.
Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores.
Drive to various retail locations.
Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves.
Report findings and data to management through the downloaded app.
Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
Perform physical activities, including frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, up to 50 pounds.
Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
Attend client kick‑off video calls.
Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers.
Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate.
Encourage stores to order more products and accept orders.
Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product is available.
Rotate products and assist with new item cut‑ins.
Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram.
Take pictures of products, displays, and competitive sets.
Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed.
Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed.
Additional activities as requested by company management.
What You Should Bring to the Table
High school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver’s license.
Proof of automobile insurance.
Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) with internet service for daily communication.
Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailers.
