Polisher
Location: Itasca, IL 60143
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift (7 AM – 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities
Grind, sand, and polish metal surfaces to meet specifications.
Remove dents, scratches, and other surface defects.
Inspect materials for flaws, cracks, and imperfections.
Mark cracks and splits for repair.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and shop drawings.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
Maintain and properly use polishing equipment.
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in metal polishing or related field preferred.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Dress Code Casual clothing; nothing open or ripped. No nail polish/fake nails/no jewelry.
