The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Marketing Intern to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. This paid internship can be completed for academic credit and offers an opportunity to gain experience in a global hospitality company.
Season dates: April and May 2026, with a second period starting in September 2026.
You will learn how a global hospitality company operates and work alongside exceptional team members exemplifying Delaware North values.
Pay and Benefits Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

What will you do?
Create dynamic new media content to enhance guest experiences and develop business relationships.
Assist with the promotion of all assigned locations.
Maintain open communication with clients, guests, media, and vendors.
Manage assigned marketing channels.
Investigate and resolve service complaints about various communication platforms.
Prepare operational reports and record analytics of social media accounts.
More About You
Working toward or holding a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or PR preferred.
Previous experience managing social media accounts on a non-personal level required.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and design/editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with various audio/visual capture devices.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
Shift Details Days: Sundays – Friday (weekdays as needed).
Evenings as needed.
