Job Description We are seeking a Publicity & Influencer Outreach Assistant who will partner with the Marketing and Publicity Department to bridge legacy media and digital creator ecosystems, amplifying our titles and driving discovery among engaged audiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in supporting 3-4 front list titles per season, particularly ongoing series and/or reissues.
Identify new influencer partners and pitch curated creator lists; coordinate influencer campaigns, virtual tours, box mailings, activations, and events.
Admin tasks: mailings support, award submissions, AMEX charges; maintain and update influencer and media contact database; track outreach and campaign activity.
Qualifications
Strong passion for genre (fantasy, science fiction, horror); familiarity with Canva, Excel, Airtable, Sprout, and Mailchimp.
Knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, etc.) highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple campaigns in a creative, rapidly expanding environment.
