Client Overview
Our manufacturing client is seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They supply insulation, fiberglass, and other materials to customers.
Salary/Hourly Rate $22/hr
Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, communicate with customers about their orders, manage deliveries, provide sales quotes, and process new orders. The hours are between 7 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will speak with customers via phone and email.
Manage inbound customer requests, provide quotes, process orders, and provide white-glove customer service.
Answer inquiries about deliveries, order status, and refunds.
Work closely with the warehouse to understand inventory.
Required Experience/Skills
1 - 2 years of previous customer service/inside sales experience.
Ability to communicate via phone and email with new and existing customers.
Experience with an ERP system.
Preferred Experience/Skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
