: Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time
WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
Work with Retail team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our NEW YORK Fan Space
Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers
Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
Assist in Creative Tasks including but not limited to asset installation, minor fabrication, and painting.
Qualifications
A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
High school diploma or higher
Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds
1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
