Key Responsibilities
Handle High Call Volumes: Efficiently manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing timely solutions.
Proactive Outbound Communication: Initiate outbound calls to follow up on service inquiries, inform customers about promotions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC service solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the dispatch and technician teams to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, service details, and other relevant information in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, especially in the HVAC or related industry, is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
High Drive: Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Problem‑Solving: Ability to think quickly, resolve customer issues effectively, and handle stressful situations with composure.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling tools, and CRM software.
Benefits and Compensation
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
