We're looking for an experienced, highly organized, and hands‑on Property Manager for two New Hampshire manufactured home communities and an RV resort. The Property Manager is responsible for all daily operational duties and administrative aspects of the community, and overseeing staff.
Responsibilities
Reach and maintain a 100% occupancy rate
Collect rent and manage financial responsibilities
Conduct property inspections
Enforce community standards and rules
Complete reporting
Work with vendors
Serve as liaison between the property and the corporate office
Other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $52,000 yearly
Commissions
Paid vacation and sick time
