Customer Service Representative Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620

Job Details Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $18 - $22 per hour

What You’ll Do

Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Process orders accurately and efficiently

Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions

Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns

Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study

2-3 years of experience in customer services or administrative support preferred, but not required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting

A positive, team-oriented attitude
