Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Handle customer phone calls, emails, and chat lines regarding utility service needs.

Learn up to 5 different software sites/programs.

Take 40‑50 inbound calls a day.

Manage calls related to general service questions, payment/billing arrangements, and connecting or disconnecting service.

Qualifications

Ability to deescalate calls without transferring to management.

1‑2 years of call center experience.

Experience toggling between 3‑5 software programs at one time.

Focus on one‑call resolution.

Job Type & Location

Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Albuquerque, NM.
