
Customer Service Representative

Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage order processing, customer communication, and internal coordination. This role combines customer interaction with operational support, offering visibility into production workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels while building strong working relationships
Process incoming orders, generate sales and production documentation, and confirm details with customers
Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Track open orders and communicate timely updates to customers
Coordinate order completion and prepare shipments, including necessary documentation
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, or product issues and recommend solutions
Support internal sales teams with order updates and customer needs
Maintain and update customer records, including new account setup and shipping details
Review order backlogs and collaborate with internal teams to improve turnaround timesPrepare and organize production-related documentation and job details
Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems
Assist with shop floor or operational support tasks when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable using computer systems and standard office software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
Exposure to manufacturing or technical environments is a plus
