Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator Location: Secaucus, NJ Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours Salary: $75k DoE Position Overview A wholesale company is seeking a full-time production coordinator to support the Home Decor division. This role is responsible for managing overseas production across China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, ensuring high-quality products, timely deliveries, and clear communication between factories, vendors, and internal teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Track and oversee production timelines from initial order through shipment Communicate daily with overseas factories to manage samples, approvals, and updates Review and confirm purchase orders, cost sheets, specifications, and related documentation Monitor product quality and proactively address production or QC issues Maintain accurate records of all production schedules, status updates, and shipments Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on deadlines and product details Qualifications Experience in home decor, furniture, or related consumer goods production Strong understanding of overseas manufacturing processes (China and India preferred) Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Excel and production-tracking systems Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
