Champion Home Services in Bulverde, Texas has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This is a part time position $18.50-$25.00 per hour, Monday - Friday for mid shift!

What You Will Do

Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to:

Booking appointments

Understanding general priority booking knowledge

Providing tech ETA

Deescalating customer concerns

Understating field availability for effective booking

Handle text and chat engagements with the customers

Call on customer list to offer promotions

Creating and updating customer profiles

What You Bring

Previous customer service or call center experience

Strong attention to details

Conscientious team player

Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude

Clear background check and drug screen

Industry and ServiceTitan experience preferred
