What We Do Put your administrative, support, and interpersonal skills to work with a team that’s leading the industry in transforming residential real estate transactions. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team in Clearfield, UT. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. The position is in‑office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow‑up.
Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.

Knowledge of the MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.
