We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative (CSR) that acts as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and production. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery, and clear communication regarding product availability, lead times, and order status.
What You’ll Do
Process customer orders, quotes, and changes accurately in ERP systems
Communicate order confirmations, pricing, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
Monitor order status and proactively update customers on delays or issues
Handle customer inquiries related to products, specifications, and availability
Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and quality concerns
Work closely with sales representatives to support customer accounts
Maintain detailed and accurate customer and order records
Assist with returns, credits, and warranty claims when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, production schedules, and shipping procedures
What You Bring
Experience with inventory management or supply chain processes
Familiarity with manufacturing terminology (lead times, production schedules, SKUs)
Experience working with technical or industrial products
