Car Wash Associate - Razorback

Position Summary
As a Car Wash Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the tunnel, ensuring the location is equipped with clean towels and that all equipment is functioning properly while providing an excellent customer experience. This role requires a keen ability to anticipate customer needs, build lasting relationships, and maintain a strong focus on safety. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, multitasking and adapting to change.

Service vehicles with bug spray, all the while guiding them into the wash tunnel
Completing tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience
Exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care

Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles.
Team Collaboration:
Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
Fast‑Paced:
High pace, especially during peak hours.
Physical Activity
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Manual tasks and operating equipment.
Stamina and endurance throughout the shift.
