Job Overview

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a full‑time team member to work 8‑hour day shifts Monday‑Friday. The role involves telephone support, order management, data entry, and inventory assistance. Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and manage phone requests in a professional manner. Coordinate order management with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers. Assist in completing work orders, ensuring all client information is documented, equipment details entered, and eligibility verified. Perform data entry and clerical support tasks, assist with physical inventory, and accept delivery of goods. Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred: High School or better) Organizational skills Customer/Client focus Benefits
