About The Internship
Partner with the product team to lead a project to research and improve how our customers use Bluebeam’s AI‑powered features.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user, market, and benchmarking research.
Learn to use AI tools like Perplexity or Lovable to conduct research and build prototypes.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to understand customer pain points and learn about the AEC industry.
Learn to define and write user stories and product documentation.
Learn to create wireframes and user journey maps.
Learn the software development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Partner with other product managers to learn key metrics, establish OKRs, track feature adoption, and synthesize previous usage data into actionable recommendations for your project area.
Who You Are
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with conducting research, writing business cases, and using common AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.).
Ability to communicate concepts and details across a wide range of audiences and present to stakeholders with professional maturity and clarity.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
Undergraduate student working towards a degree in User Experience Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Product Management or a similar field.
Extras (Nice To Have)
Experience with Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is helpful.
Previous experience as a Bluebeam user or familiarity with Bluebeam products.
Previous internship experience in product management or software engineering.

Compensation & Program Details
This is a full‑time, in‑person summer internship based in our Dallas, Texas office.
Pay: $26.00/hour for the duration of the program.
Program Dates: June 1st – August 14th, 2026.
