Hiring: Community Relations Counselor (Hourly $25–$30) If you’re friendly, driven, and love connecting with people, this might be your perfect role. You’ll support our Marketing & Sales Director by focusing on building referral relationships, attending events, and helping families discover a community they’ll love. This position is responsible for executing on our referral development plan and reporting weekly referrals and tracking results.

We are seeking a Outreach Coordinator to drive lead generation, strengthen community relationships, and enhance our digital and brand presence across multiple channels. This role blends community outreach, event coordination, and hands‑on marketing execution, including social media strategy, content creation, customer engagement, and sales team support.

Pay:

$25.00 /hour

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Sales to

plan and execute referral lead‑generation activities

that produce qualified inquiries and move‑ins.

Maintain strong relationships with referral sources through consistent outreach and follow‑up.

Complete paperwork and enter accurate data in the lead management system

daily .

Report weekly on referral development plan activities and track outcomes.

Competitive Awareness & Events

Stay up-to-date on competitors (strengths/weaknesses) and help address objections proactively.

Participate in in‑house marketing events and help generate resident/prospect referrals.

Actively participate in community outreach efforts.

Representation Activities

One‑on‑one appointments

Luncheon meetings/presentations

Expos/conferences (attend/sponsor)

Cold calls / drop‑by visits

Off‑site educational presentations

Public relations opportunities

Consistent follow‑up with all networking contacts

Qualifications

College degree in sales, marketing, or business preferred

Experience in marketing, sales, or outreach (senior livinga plus!)

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Comfortable with social media, content creation, and basic design (Canva or similar)

Organized, self‑motivated, and enjoys being out in the community
