Legal Marketing Analyst

Our client is a prestigious national law firm. They are seeking a Legal Marketing Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Hackensack, NJ. Who You Are Analytical thinker with a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in marketing/business development analytics Background in legal, professional services, or similar B2B environments preferred Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Skilled in distilling complex research into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions Adept at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Experienced in working with CRMs, data tools, and project tracking systems to support business development What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with attorneys and practice leaders to execute growth strategies and outreach plans Support the creation and refinement of client-facing materials including RFPs, pitches, and proposals Develop and maintain high-quality client intelligence and deal history databases to support marketing and BD efforts Identify emerging opportunities and recommend strategic responses using industry, client, and competitor research Gather and organize experience data, working directly with attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness Work with internal teams and outside PR agencies to craft compelling legal award submissions and rankings Help assess performance of pitch and proposal efforts by tracking outcomes and surfacing patterns over time Partner with colleagues to enhance firm-wide collateral, ensuring it aligns with branding and resonates with key audiences Ensure accurate data input and campaign tracking within the firm’s CRM and related systems What Success Looks Like Practice groups are equipped with the insights they need to pursue high-impact opportunities Business development efforts are driven by smart, data-informed strategies Proposals and pitch materials are consistently polished, timely, and aligned with firm priorities Internal tools and databases are trusted sources of accurate and current client intelligence Attorneys see you as a go-to resource for strategic marketing and research support The firm’s visibility grows through targeted rankings, awards, and high-value outreach initiatives Salary Range: $80,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience Location: Hybrid – Hackensack, NJ Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
